I have been using the scales for a while now and am really very happy with them.

I recently underwent surgery for a gastric bypass, and I'm still not stepping on the scales every day. That's a good sign because it means it can take my weight and the amount of use I put it through. ;-)

You can use it without an app, but the scale also has its own app.

The app, Bodivis, keeps track of everything. Think of body fat percentage, body index, how much fluid your body has, protein count, BMI, muscle weight, bone weight and of course your own weight.

There are many other things it measures.

You can also compare your weight with another weighing moment. I like this too.

Besides all this, he also gives sport and diet advice.

Because of my stomach reduction, I don't really need the dietary advice anymore, because it is completely different for me now. But before that, I did use it. Beautiful proportions. They are not recipes, but the portions you need.

I also use the saturation meter. Especially now in the corona time, I am very happy with it.

It allows you to measure your oxygen content in the blood. This way, you also know immediately whether you have enough or too little oxygen in the blood. As I have Sleep Apnoea, I am very happy with this. As soon as my oxygen level is too low, I lie down on my bed with my CPAP to get it back up to normal.

All in all, I am very enthusiastic about the products of Vigor Lifestyle.
